Cherry Tree sign former Indian U19 skipper - 17/09/18

Cherry Tree are delighted to announce the signing of Himanshu Rana for their 2019 Ribblesdale League campaign.

Rana, who plays domestic cricket for Haryana, skippered the India Under-19s against the touring Enland side early in 2017. He played 16 Youth ODI and 2 Test matches for India between December 2015 and their victorious ICC Under-19 World Cup campaign in New Zealand (January 2018).

He is an exciting talent, who already boasts 792 runs at 31.68 in 15 first-class games, to include 2 centuries and higest score of 157.

Speaking about the signing, Mark Hadfield from Cherry Tree stated the following:
