Vibhor Yadav (20) is an Indian-born English qualified all-rounder living in Wembley (London) who’s striving to become a professional cricketer. He has already turned out for Northamptonshire 2nd XI, the All Star XI in the Wisden City Cup, Hertfordshire Academy and the MCC Young Cricketers in the past few years. In club cricket, he excelled for Middlesex County League side Harrow (2006-09) before spending a summer with Acton (2010) and last season with Surrey Championship side Egham (2011). He has started to show his all-round ability in recent years. In 2010, he was part of the Hertfordshire Academy, MCC YCs and played a solitary Championship match for Northants 2nd XI. He developed further last season, plying his trade in the strong Surrey Championship hitting 458 runs at 25.44 and taking 22 wickets at 26.36. The talented youngster is now eager to take the next step up and play Premier or Division 1 cricket in a Greater London league for 2012. He would be an excellent acquisition and no doubt a handy contributor for any top level club side this coming season. In addition to his playing skills, he is a certified level two coach, who’s pursuing his UKCC level 3 at present. He has coached in various clubs and schools since 2008, including the Merchant Taylors School in Hertfordshire (2008-), Eastcote (2008-), Dulwich (2011-) and extensive coaching for the Surrey County Cricket Club, both at the Oval and various schools in and around London.
