Faizan Khan is an accomplished wicket-keeper batter who played alongside the likes of Pakistani national players Shan Masood and Mir Hamza for National Bank in domestic cricket.
Unfortunately, he hasn't featured for National Bank since September 2018, so decided to pursue first-class in Sri Lanka last summer. He played for Tamil Union Cricket and Athletic Club (hitting scores of 49 and 9), but this proved to be his solitary match. He is looking to break back into the domestic fold, whether that be in Pakistan, or a return to Sri Lanka in 2021/22.
Thereafter, the Pakistani run machine is keen to return to the UK or Europe, following his two-season stint in 2018-19. Playing for Cannock, he was been one of the shining lights in the Staffordshire Premier League topping the run charts with 5 centuries amongst 1,134 runs at 63. He returned in 2019 to add a further 827 runs at 41.35 to his tally, including a highest score of 194.
Khan is a quality performer and is now open to a stint down under for the 2022/23 season.
