Finn Raxworthy is a hugely talented all-rounder from Nelson, making his way through the Central Districts ranks in New Zealand.

A fluent left-handed batter who bowls leg-spin, Raxworthy plays for the famous Stoke Nayland club in Nelson's Premier Competition, and last year was involved with the Central Districts A side.

Raxworthy had previously enjoyed a successful stint with the CD U19s, playing in three National U19 Tournaments (2019, 2020, 2022).

During his first tournament, Raxworth finished third on the run charts belting a century (142) amongst 316 runs at 39.50. His exploits culminated with New Zealand Development selection.

Roll on the 2022 edition, and Raxworthy would help CD to the U19 title hitting 167 runs at 33.40 to finish second to Stags' Curtis Heaphy on CD's run charts.

The batting all-rounder really is a star in the making and has high hopes of breaking into the CD Stags set-up in due course.

For now, though, in order to continue his development, Raxworthy is set to travel abroad in 2023 having signed with Dutch club Salland for their Topklasse campaign.
