Since his first-class debut in 2011, Vaz has churned out over 2,000 runs, boasts the highest score of 111, and a healthy first-class average of 25.11.

He has enjoyed two stand-out seasons, namely 2013/14 (420 runs at 38.18) and 2017/18 (228 runs at 45.60) in Ranji Trophy cricket.

With the gloves, he has taken well over 100 dismissals and is regarded as one of the sharpest glovemen on the domestic circuit.

Vaz, who comes highly recommended by numerous Indian State players, is now looking to transfer his domestic success into UK league cricket, as he seeks to embark on his maiden stint in 2022.

Clearly a high-class performer, Vaz will be available the full season and is someone likely to absolutely excel in UK league cricket next summer. Whilst holder of an EU (Portuguese) Passport, due to Brexit rules, Vaz will need to enter the UK on a International Sportsperson Visa visa to play club cricket in 2022.
