Lewis Bacon (24) is an impressive batsman from Cheshire, England.
Bacon is a left handed opening bat/top order bat, who plays his club cricket for Crewe Vagrants Cricket Club in the North Staffs & South Cheshire League.
The Englishman has built his success from developing a strong base for a technique and allows his elegance and timing to manipulate the field. He is technically gifted and has got fantastic wrists which allows him to hit balls in gaps which many would struggle to do.
At club level Bacon has scored heavily for a number of years for his club side, and has over 4000 1st XI runs at 39 since his debut. However its since the start of 2022 where he has really impressed with nearly 2500 runs at 61. Due to his strong performances for his club side he has earned a handful of call ups for the Cheshire County Cricket Club 2nd XI and is hoping to force his way into the Senior side for the NCCA.
Bacon travelled to Melbourne to play for Upper Ferntree Gull Cricket Club last winter but has his season cut short with injury, but in his 5 games he managed a high score of 76 not out.
The run machine is now keen to play overseas this winter.
