Ravi Yarwood-Paintal is an exciting right-arm pace bowling talent from Lincolnshire, England.
The 20-year-old fast-bowler is currently pursuing a professional contract in the game; and is a member of the Lincolnshire Minor County squad for the the upcoming NCCA 3-Day Competition. Ravi also plays club cricket for Halesowen in the strongly renowned Birmingham & District Cricket League - Premier Division.
After a promising breakthrough year in 2021, Ravi was picked to play for Leicestershire County Cricket Club U18's, however this was curtailed by a stress fracture towards the back end of the season. Unfortunately for the talented seamer, he missed much of the 2022 season and finished the season not bowling a ball.
Heading into the English 2023 summer, the Lincoln born quick has returned to full fitness and is making up for lost time. He has already took 11 wickets this season at an average of 22 and has also made a 1st XI debut for University side Loughborough earlier this season.
With the ability to operate at speeds upwards of 130KPH, Ravi has a bright future head of him in the game.
Ravi has now signed for Geyser City CC in New Zealand for the 2023/24 season.
