The recent Sri Lankan Major Club T20 tournament has come to an end with Sinhalese Sports Club coming out victors over SL Army in the final.
Our CricX clients were on song throughout the tournament, with several players featuring towards the top of the respective run and wicket charts.
Particular mention must go out to several of our stars who excelled throughout.
- Krishan Wijesuriyaarachchi whose 71 not out helped guide Sinhalese to a match-winning 146 in the final.
- Ishan Jayaratne topped the tournament wicket charts bagging 16 poles at 10.18.
- Pramud Hettiwatte was awarded the “Player of the Tournament” for his all-round exploits.
Krishan was awarded Player of the Final for his 71* from 62 balls.
