CricX are excited to announce Lakes Entrance Cricket Club double signing of Dane Tinsley and Jack Kesteven for their upcoming 2023/24 Bairnsdale Cricket Association campaign.
Tinsley is a fluent right handed top order batsman who enjoys scoring heavily. The Englishman has gone right through the Cheshire County Cricket Club age group system right up until under 18s level and in recent seasons has presented the Cheshire CCC Academy side.
At club level the youngster has scored heavily in recent seasons for Sandback Cricket Club (Batsman of the season for the last 3 seasons) in the North Staffs & South Cheshire League, racking up nearly 2000 runs over the last 4 seasons at an average of nearly 32.
These strong performances at club level meant him getting picked for Cheshire Academy, and also has signed as Professional for Norton-in-Hales Cricket Club for the 2023 season.
Kesteven is a talented front line left arm spinner and hard hitting right handed middle order batter who currently plays for the famous Porthill Park Cricket Club in the strong ECB North Staffs & South Cheshire Premier League, after starring for his hometown club Sandbach Cricket Club.
The all-rounder has starred for Sandbach Cricket Club with both bat and ball. Since his 1st team debut he has taken 193 1st team wickets at an average of 15 with 8 Five wicket hauls, during this time he has also chipped in with over 1600 runs at an average of just under 20.
Jack is no stranger to higher honours also, having represented his county Cheshire at under 18s level, and also played for the Academy side.
