Northern Districts Butcher’s have signed promising Derbyshire 2nd XI all-rounder Archie Harrison for their 2022/23 Cricket Illawarra campaign.
Archie Harrison is a hugely impressive batting all-rounder (seam) from Derbyshire, England. The youngster is a fluent right-handed top-order batsman and a very effective right-arm seamer.
The all-rounder currently plays for Spondon Cricket Club in the ECB Derbyshire Premier League, and has been part of the Derbyshire CCC age group set up for a number of years, and the last 3 years been on the Academy, during the last 2 years he has also played a number of 2nd XI games. Archie is currently on a sports scholarship at the famous Repton School, under the guidance of former England player Chris Read, and has scored a remarkable 4 centuries on the bounce.
Moving forward the all-rounder is keen to move into the professional ranks, he is a match winner in every department and someone that continues to impress at every level he plays.
The youngster is now set to continue his development with a season’s cricket in Australia having signed with Northern Districts Butchers Cricket Club for their 2022/23 Cricket Illawarra campaign.
