Ripley is delighted to announce the signing of Australian seamer Braydon Pink for their 2023 Surrey Cricket League campaign.

Pink is a tall (6’2″) right-hand pace bowler from Perth, Australia. He currently plays for University Cricket Club in the WACA Premier Cricket in the second grade although has previously played first grade, making his way up through the grades since joining the club.

His bowling skills include seaming the ball, hitting a length consistently but also has a deceiving slower ball. He’s also the first to volunteer to bowl into the wind when other bowlers shy away from it. Often called on to bat, he consistently bats with intent and is quick between the wickets.

A dedicated and loyal club man, Braydon is currently responsible for University’s youtube channel and bar fridge. Braydon was accepted into the cricket program at Kent Street Senior High School completing years 8 through 12, graduating in 2018, where he was lucky enough to tour the UK and Netherlands in 2017 playing against a number of schools and the Dutch U19 team.

Holder of a UK Ancestry Visa, first aid certificate, CA level 1 coaching, and a level 1 WACA-approved umpiring certificate, Braydon is looking forward to embarking on a UK return in 2023 having signed with Ripley for their Surrey Cricket League campaign.
