After a glittering junior career, he earned his senior Inland debut at 19, playing a T20 match in February 2015. He has since played 47 matches across the three formats, which he has enjoyed considerable success, particularly with the ball. Mannikam has taken 54 wickets at 31.37 and was Inland’s front-line spinner throughout their 2018/19 first-class campaign.

In a view to pushing towards Franchise honours, Mannikam embarked on a second stint abroad in 2019. He enjoyed success for GMCL’s Flowery Field Cricket Club, following his maiden season with Radlett in the Hertfordshire ECB Premier League in 2017.

The off-spin bowling all-rounder, who benefits from CSA level two coaching qualifications, is eager to return to Northern shores, once again, in 2020.
