Manisankar Murasingh is an exceptional all-rounder currently skippering the Tripura State side in Indian domestic cricket.
A sharp opening bowler, and hard-hitting left-handed middle-order batter, Murasingh has dominated State cricket in recent years.
Since his Ranji Trophy debut during the 2009/10 season, he has taken 208 wickets at 29.43 and scored 3,079 runs at 27.49.
He has taken eight 5-wicket bags, with best match figures of 10-164, and boasts 4 centuries, with a highest score of 150.
Murasingh has been a reliable performer over the years, but his most recent Ranji campaign (2019/20) was his most prolific to date.
The seamer finished inside the top 5 wicket-takers in the Ranji Trophy, taking 49 wickets at 17.02, with three 5-wicket hauls. He also cracked 2 centuries amongst 598 runs at 42.71.
Murasingh really is a class act, who spent the second half of the UK season plying his trade for Todmorden in the Lancashire League. He performed very well, hitting 480 runs at 36.92 alongside 24 wickets at 31.04.
Next summer he's keen to return and he'll be a fantastic acquisition for whatever club he joins in 2022.
