Taj Wali is a domestic stalwart who has graced the Pakistani cricket circuit for well over a decade.
Since his List A debut in 2011, the left-arm quick has played over 150 matches and is approaching 400 wickets across the three formats.
Wali has been a consistent performer over the years, particularly in red-ball (Quaid-e-Azam Trophy) cricket where he’s bagged 261 wickets at 26.25.
Courtesy of his dominant exploits over the years, Wali was finally rewarded with Pakistan A inclusion during the 2018/19 season.
Over his career, Wali has taken 21 five-wicket bags and 3 ten-wicket hauls, with best figures of 7/50, and 12/121, respectively.
The gifted left-arm seamer currently plays for Baluchistan alongside Pakistan stars Iman-Ul-Haq, Umar Akmal, Yasir Shah, Shan Masood, and Khurram Shehzad, where he is their “go-to” quick.
Wali is a class performer who played his maiden UK stint last summer. Playing for Eppleton, he excelled in the North East Premier League (43 wickets at 15.65) and is now seeking a UK return in 2023.
