Ekstraal has enjoyed two fantastic season's abroad, firstly for Waterlooville in Hampshire (2014), followed by a dominant season in the Central Yorkshire League for Hunslet Nelson (2015).

During his maiden trip abroad, in all formats for Waterlooville, Ekstraal churned out 1353 runs at 48.32 alongside 41 wickets at 21.14.

On his return, playing in the top tier of the Central Yorkshire League, he starred with the ball taking 51 wickets at 13.69 with 6 five-wicket hauls. He was amongst the leading wicket-takers in the league and he also scored 361 runs at 21.24.

Given his UK exploits in-particular, Camberley were suitably impressed and have snapped him up ahead of their division one campaign in 2017.
