Sileby Town sign Ludowyke - 29/11/15

SILEBY TOWN have signed Australian seam bowler Cameron Lydowyke for their 2016 campaign in the LRCL Premier Division.

 

Ludowyke (21) has played in the Victorian Premier League since the 2011/12 season, following three seasons with Kingston Hawthorn (2011/12-13/14), then moving to current club Ringwood in 2014/15.

He forced his way into the Premier Firsts during his maiden season, playing 4 matches in the top flight and has since also played in the 2nd Grade.

During his three season stint with Kingston Hawthorn, Ludowyke took 50 wickets at 25.34 including a best bowling of 5-33 in the 3rd Grade.

He also showed ability with the bat scoring 710 runs at 17.32, including 282 runs at 25.64 and highest score of 92 in 3rd Grade in 2012/13 and 198 runs at 33 in 2nd Grade in 2013/14.

Since moving to Ringwood, Ludowyke has taken 45 wickets at 19.20 including best figures of 6-53.

Ludowyke will now join Sileby Town in the Leicestershire & Rutland Cricket League's Premier Division next summer.
