Rohit Gulati is a talented left-arm spinner currently representing Auckland in the Plunket Shield.
A product of the Northern Districts system, Rohit progressed through the ND pathway and into the Northern Districts “A” side before making both his T20 and List A debuts at the start of 2025. Ahead of the 2025/26 season, he returned home to Auckland and soon after made his First-Class debut—ironically against his former side, Northern Districts.
Far more than a specialist spinner, Rohit is also a capable middle-order batter, able to produce decisive, match-winning contributions in both disciplines. His all-round skill set makes him a valuable asset in any format.
Now seeking his first Northern Hemisphere stint, Rohit is expected to attract significant interest. He comes highly recommended by CricX stars Cam Fletcher and Brett Hampton, among others, and is widely regarded as a player with the temperament and tools to thrive abroad.
