At club level, Ewan represents Letchworth Garden City Cricket Club in the Hertfordshire Cricket League, featuring predominantly for the club's Second XI. A positive batter by nature, he looks to take the game to the opposition from the outset, putting bowlers under pressure and adding an attacking dimension to any batting line-up.
Behind the stumps, Ewan provides a reliable wicketkeeping option and prides himself on making an impact across all facets of the game. His enthusiasm, work ethic, and willingness to continually improve have played an important role in his development as a well-rounded cricketer.
Ewan is also no stranger to cricket in the Southern Hemisphere, having spent the 2025/26 season in Melbourne representing Bonbeach Cricket Club in the Cricket Southern Bayside competition. During his first overseas campaign, the young gloveman accumulated more than 500 runs across the Third and Fourth XI sides, gaining valuable experience of Australian conditions and club cricket culture.
Away from his own playing commitments, Ewan brings significant value as a coach. An ECB Core Coach (Level Two), he has already established his own coaching business, delivering one-to-one sessions to both junior and senior cricketers within his local community. His coaching résumé also includes working as Head Coach of local District Representative sides, further demonstrating his leadership qualities and passion for helping players develop.
Now eager to return to the Southern Hemisphere for the 2026/27 season, Ewan is looking to utilise everything he learned from his maiden Australian campaign and make an even greater impact second time around.
