At club level, Emma plays for her home club, Houghton and Thurnby Cricket Club, competing in the East Midlands Cricket League. She is a key figure in both the Women’s First XI and the club’s Men's senior sides, having featured across the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th XI teams.
Emma is a product of the Leicestershire County Cricket Club Pathway system, representing the county from U13 through to U17 level. She stepped away from the programme to focus on her studies, successfully completing a degree in Primary Education and becoming a qualified teacher.
Now having graduated, Emma is eager to take the next step in both her cricketing and personal journey by experiencing a season in Australia. Her goal is to develop her game in new conditions, immerse herself in a different club environment, and embrace everything that cricket and life Down Under have to offer.
Off the field, Emma is equally dedicated. She plays an active role in nurturing the next generation of cricketers, coaching her club’s U10s team and also working with AM Cricket Academy to help support and develop young talent.
