Last season was Alfie Peck’s most successful year where he was the top wicket taker in the premier league taking 42 wickets at an average of 13.76 and he received the Kent Cricket League Young Player Of The Year award and the Kent Cricket League Premier Division Bowler Of The Year award.
Alfie also received the 1st Team and Young Player of the year awards at Hayes CC. Following this he was involved in the Kent Academy Plus scheme over his off season and he has represented the Kent Cricket League Representative Team this summer. He also is Hayes (Kent) CC Hundred Ball team captain. Growing up through the age groups Alfie was also a top order batsman even going into the Hayes Second XI he opened the batting but since breaking into the First XI he has been batting in the middle/lower order.
Off the pitch Alfie Peck is a full time cricket coach. He works in schools teaching their cricket and on top of that Alfie does private work which involves 1-2-1 coaching and District/County age group coaching. Alfie is also one of the lead coaches at Hayes CC throughout the junior set up.
