A seriously talented individual, Austin has recently been selecting for Canterbury U19's and will link up with the squad in early January 2026.
A genuine all-rounder, the 'Kiwi' is a right-handed middle-order batter & right-arm medium fast bowler with the ability bowl with good pace. In his last year of school at present, Earl still attends St Andrews College and has represented the 1st XI for a number of years.
Also playing his Senior Cricket for Darfield Cricket Club, the impressive youngster stands at 6ft 5" and is certainly one of the hottest young prospects across New Zealand in age-group cricket and comes highly recommended by current New Zealand all-rounder, Zak Foulkes.
At the conclusion of his studies and his current home Summer, Austin is looking to head to the Northern Hemisphere for the EU 2026 season. With his U19 games imminent, Earl will be deemed pathway and available for The Republic Of Ireland or Holland only.
