Paulinah Mashishi is a vastly experienced off-spin bowler who has spent the whole of her senior career with the Fidelity Titans Ladies, having progressed through mini-cricket and the regional pathway before making her senior debut for the union at just 14 years old.
Hailing from Hammanskraal, north of Tshwane, Mashishi's rise to the professional game began at Hammanskraal Cricket Club before she moved into the boys' league at Prestige College and went on to study at the Tshwane University of Technology. Now in her 13th season with the Titans, she has built one of the most consistent bowling records in South African domestic women's cricket, taking 174 wickets in professional cricket for the union: 111 at 21.65 in 100 List A matches, and 63 at 19.46 in 70 T20 appearances, with best figures of 5-10 and 4-25 respectively.
A player who has collected individual honours throughout her career, Mashishi was named Bowler of the Season for the Titans' Under-19 side in 2017, before going on to claim the senior team's Player of the Season award in both 2022 and 2024. She was among the leading wicket-takers in the CSA domestic league in the 2024/25 season across both white-ball formats, finishing with 22 wickets in the Hollywoodbets Pro 50 and Pro 20 combined as the Titans rallied from a slow start to finish fourth in both competitions.
