Toby Zapp is an experienced spinner from Surrey, England.
Zapp has played for Ripley Cricket Club (Surrey) since the age of six, progressing through all junior levels before moving into senior cricket in 2012. After establishing himself in the 3rd XI and earning promotions, he broke into the 1st XI in 2017.
While at university, he has captained the university side to the BUCS Division 2 title and recorded a personal best of 7/40, while also playing for St Cross Symondians in Hampshire. Since returning to Ripley, he has been a regular 1st XI player and vice-captain for the past four seasons, occasionally captaining the side. He has taken 30+ wickets in each of the last three seasons, finishing as the league’s leading wicket-taker in 2025 with 34 wickets, alongside standout performances such as 6/26. Toby has also contributed valuable lower-order runs, including a match-winning 37* in league cricket, and multiple T20 half-centuries.
The Englishman also is a qualified coach, and has experience with curating wickets. Now keen to head overseas.
