Randeera Ranasinghe is a dynamic pace bowling all-rounder from Sri Lanka with a proven track record both domestically and overseas.
A schoolboy prodigy, he captained his College 1st XI and earned recognition at the 2017/18 Dialog Cup Schoolboy Cricketer of the Year for his batting and all-round performances. Representing Sri Lanka Under-19s between 2016 and 2019, he featured in multiple Asia Cup tournaments before breaking into Kurunegala Youth Cricket Club’s squad in 2018/19, debuting across all three formats.
In First-Class cricket, he has scored 787 runs at 27.13 with a top score of 138 and claimed 11 wickets, while in List A he has added 210 runs and 19 wickets. In T20s, he has made 210 runs and taken 15 wickets, including a standout 5-26.
Ranasinghe has also excelled in England over the past five seasons, beginning with Driffield Town in the Yorkshire Premier League North and then four seasons with Tewkesbury in the West of England Premier League, amassing 2,385 runs at 37.86, including three centuries, and 105 wickets at 20.28.
