Anisul Islam Emon (born 13 October 1997 in Narayanganj, Bangladesh) is a right-handed opening batsman and right arm medium pace bowler.

Emerging through domestic cricket as a promising all-rounder, he made his Twenty20 and List A debuts for Uttara Sporting Club during the 2018–19 Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League, where he scored 424 runs in 13 matches to finish as the team’s highest run-scorer that season. He later made his first-class debut for Dhaka Metropolis in the 2020–21 National Cricket League.

His consistent domestic performances earned him selection to the Bangladesh Emerging Squad in February 2021 for a home series against Ireland Wolves, highlighting his growing reputation in limited-overs formats. Emon has also represented teams such as Minister Group Rajshahi in franchise competitions and featured for Dhaka Division in the 2024–25 National Cricket League Twenty20.

At the time of writing, he has played 14 first-class matches, scoring 762 runs at an average of 34.63 with one century and two half-centuries while taking nine wickets; in 55 List A matches, he has accumulated 1,620 runs at 29.45 with two centuries and 12 fifties alongside 20 wickets; and in 39 T20 matches, he has scored 749 runs at a strike rate of 113.14 and claimed 17 wickets, including a best of 5 for 23.

Although yet to represent Bangladesh at senior international level, he has established himself as a reliable all-round contributor in domestic cricket and has an ideal profile for UK club cricket. A quality batter who would be a more than effective bowling options in UK conditions, Anisul would be an excellent pick for any club seeking a quality all rounder for the coming summer.
