Ben Church is a highly talented keeper batsman from Somerset, England.
The impressive Englishman is a fluent right handed top order batter who bats in the top order and high class gloveman. The youngster has gone through the Somerset County Cricket Club pathway system, and made his debut for the 2nd XI as a 16 year old, and has high scores at that level of 78 & 90.
Church has also been a key member of the Somerset 18s side the last two seasons scoring nearly 1000 runs with two 150 plus scores to his name. The gloveman is also due to attend the Senior Training Pre season tour to Abu Dhabi next month, which will be a great learning curve for him.
At club level outside of his county commitments Church plays in the strong West of England Premier League for the famous Bath Cricket Club, and had a high score of 99 last year in the ECB Premier Comp.
Moving forward the youngster is keen to progress this year in the UK before heading overseas next winter.
