Bryce Jose (18) is an exciting wicketkeeper batsman from Gauteng, South Africa.
The 18-year-old is the holder of a British Passport and currently plays his cricket for Old Parktontians in the Gauteng Cricket League - Premier A.
As is the case in South Africa, Bryce has been playing a mixture of club and school cricket over recent seasons. Predominantly an opening batter, the young prospect is a competent gloveman behind the stumps, as well as an organised right-handed stroke-maker.
Since joining Old Parktontians as a 14-year-old he has continued to grow as a player and is now a regular fixture in their Prem A side. Now wanting to continue his development, the 'Saffa' is looking to spend his first season playing cricket in the UK. With his British Passport to hand, Jose is an exciting cricketer with plenty to offer both on and off the field.
The talented British Passport holder has now signed for Thurstonland Cricket Club for their Huddersfield Cricket League campaign and eager to impress. The South African is then open to options in either Australia or New Zealand for the winter.
