Ethan Petta is an impressive batting all-rounder (off spin) from Perth, Australia.
Petta is a dashing middle order batsmen known for his ball striking ability, as well as his ability to bowl handy off-spin predominantly in white ball cricket. The Aussie is currently playing for Subiaco Floreat District Cricket Club in WACA Premier 1st Grade cricket, after playing the majority of his cricket for the famous Mount Lawley District Cricket Club. To date this season he has 298 runs at 29.8 in the 1st Grade side.
Petta came through WACA pathways as a teenager before making his first grade debut at 17, where he won his clubs batting award for the first time. Since making his debut he has played 80 first grade games and has competed in 3 A grade grand finals all being played at the WACA. At 24 Ethan is now a senior member of his first grade team with hopes to be pushing for leadership roles in the future.
To date the Aussie has racked up nearly 2000 Premier runs at a touch over 30, and chipped in with valuable wickets along the way.
The British Passport Holder has recently signed for Ealing Cricket Club for their Middlesex County Cricket League campaign.
