Evan Fouche is an exceptional wicket-keeper batter from Durban, South Africa.
Although the prospect is only 18-years-old, Evan has already been exposed to an elite level of Cricket. A recent member of the Dolphins U19 squad, the tidy left-hander spent the whole of the 2023 winter on the Dolphins high performance academy.
No stranger to higher honours, Fouche was also part of the Proteas U17 training squad back in 2022. After graduating from Northwood College back at the start of 2023, Evan is currently playing his club cricket for UKZN Cricket Club in Durban's Kwazulu-Natal Premier League.
The hard hardworking stumper is certainly one to watch for the future. A top-order batter with a superb technique, Evan has the ability to score all round the ground, boasting a particular ability to manipulate the field accordingly on a regular basis. Although a competent wicket-keeper, Fouche also has the ability to be an asset in the outfield if required.
