George Axtell is an impressive quick bowler who has been excelling in UK club cricket for a number of years.

Axtell who was born and raised in Bahrain, moved back to UK at the age of 15, the seamer has represented Bahrain at 19s & Senior Level over the last few seasons.

At club level in the UK, the seamer plays for powerhouses Bath Cricket Club, and to date has 78 wickets at an impressive average of 18 for them, with a best of 5 for 13. Last year Axtell averaged an astonishing 8.53 in League cricket for the Club.

Having since moved to Bath, Axtell has won the National ECB Royal London Club 40 over competition and two ECB Premier League titles. The impressive quick is also an ECB Level 2 coach and keen to work with seamers of all ages and standards when overseas.

Axtell has recently signed for the famous Port Melbourne Cricket Club where he will lead the attack in the strong Victorian Sub District Cricket Association (VSDCA).
