Holly Topp

Holly Topp is a talented young wicket-keeper batter forging a promising career with Northern Districts, where she earned her maiden domestic contract for the 2022/23 season. Since making her List A debut in February 2020, she has played 89 matches across both 50-over and T20 formats. In the Hallyburton Johnstone Shield, she has scored 519 runs at 19.22 with a top score of 51, and with more opportunities at the top level, she is confident her returns will continue to grow. Since her Dream11 Super Smash debut in December 2021, she has added 135 runs in the T20 format and continues working hard to expand her power game and develop into a versatile, multi-dimensional cricketer.

Her ambitions extend to New Zealand development and national selection, with performances in both domestic and club cricket underpinning her push. Comfortable both with the gloves and in the outfield, she prides herself on her adaptability and fielding skills.

Topp's maiden UK season came in 2023 with Ealing in the Middlesex Women's Cricket League, where she excelled, scoring 469 runs at 52.11 and helping the club secure the Sheila Hill Competition title. She has since become a mainstay at Lindow in the Cheshire Women's Cricket League, and 2026 was by far her best season yet — 919 runs at 65.64, including three centuries and five fifties. Across four UK seasons combined, she has now piled up 2,978 runs at 49.63 for Lindow and Ealing.

A committed coach as well as a player, Topp holds multiple coaching qualifications—recently completing her Advanced Development course (NZC Level 2 equivalent)—and is passionate about inspiring the next generation. Holder of a British passport, she made her fourth UK trip in 2026, and on that kind of form she's a player clubs will be keen to secure again.
