James Clark is an impressive top order batsman from Wolverhampton, England.
Clark is a fluent right hander who can bat anywhere in the top order, and also bowl some handy off spin. At club level the Englishman plays in the strong Birmingham Premier League for Himley Cricket Club, after impressing for his home club Brewood Cricket Club for a number of years.
The batter has a had good start to the year for his new club with 143 runs at 35 with a high score of 52, in a league which is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the country. In the previous 5 years at Brewood the impressive batter scored 2616 runs at 32, which included 11 half centuries and 4 hundreds.
Clark has captaincy experience, and is keen to get involved coaching the juniors whilst overseas. The Englishman previously represented Staffordshire CCC at age group level and has aspirations to break into the NCCA side moving forward.
