Jordan van der Berg (19) is a hugely impressive keeper/batsman from Free State, South Africa.
The South African is a fluent right handed top order batsman, and excellent gloveman who is destined for First Class cricket.
Jordan attended the famous St Andrews school on a cricket scholarship, and has been the star performer for the 1st XI side the last 2 years, winning various awards and receiving full colours for his performances on the pitch.
The talented South African has been part of the Free State set up for a number of years, and recently was part of the side that competed at National Coke week at 19s level. The youngster is hoping to showcase his skills moving forward to break into First Class cricket.
Due to UK visa regulations the South African is classed as Professional so not allowed to play UK club cricket, so is now seeking an opportunity to play in Holland or Ireland for the coming season.
Also a qualified and keen coach. Jordan will no doubt be highly sought after!
