Lauren Kenvyn is a talented right handed all rounder who also contributes with the ball as a right-arm medium pacer and in the top order.
Currently the first-team captain at Woore CC, Lauren recently led the side to promotion, further highlighting her leadership qualities and influence within senior cricket.
A highly regarded young cricketer, Lauren has also captained the Warwickshire Academy on several occasions and notably led the Under-15 side to a national title victory at Lord’s. During the 2025 season, she featured in multiple warm-up fixtures for the Warwickshire First Team and has deservedly been retained on the Warwickshire Academy programme for the 2026 season.
At county level, Lauren represented Staffordshire Women in Tier 3 cricket throughout the 2025 campaign. One of the standout moments of her season came in the opening fixture of the 50-over competition, where she produced a superb innings of 107 against Hertfordshire.
As a batter, Lauren has consistently delivered runs across all formats and levels of the game. Across her career to date, she has played 510 matches, scoring 9,484 runs with a highest score of 154. During the 2025 season alone, she accumulated an impressive 1,573 runs in 66 matches, including a top score of 107.
With the ball, Lauren has proven equally effective. Her all-time bowling figures stand at 427 wickets from 1,834.5 overs, with outstanding best figures of 6/16. In the 2025 season, she claimed 54 wickets from 241 overs, with best figures of 5/29.
Lauren also makes a major impact in the field, showing excellent awareness and reliability. Across her career she has taken 166 catches and contributed to 34 run outs, while during the 2025 season she added a further 28 catches and 4 run outs to her record.
