Louis Whitmore is a talented batting all-rounder (seam) from Gloucestershire, England.
Whitmore is a stylish top order batter who has been part of the High Performance set up at Exeter University training with young International and county pros every week, Whitmore's most notable performance would be a confident 29 scored against Somerset 1st XI which had a bowling attack including Shoaib Bashir, Craig Overton and Jake Ball.
Growing up Louis was part of the Worcestershire CCC age groups up to aged 18, where he was seen as a genuine all-rounder. Standing at 6'5 tall he can still be useful with the ball in hand when required. Last summer, Louis was an integral part of Tewkesbury's West of England Premier league winning side and contributed with over 500 runs and is a consistently good fielder.
The Englishman has been a constant performer at club level for a number of years, despite his age Whitmore is approaching 2000 1st team runs since the start of 2021 season, averaging in the early twenties, he has also chipped in with 56 wickets at 20.
The all-rounder is also a keen and qualified coach, and eager to be part of a clubs junior coaching structure when overseas. He is ideally seeking a club in Melbourne with his mate. No doubt a more than handy pick up....
