Luke Beasley (18) is an exciting young batting all rounder and right arm seamer capable of changing games and adapting to many different scenarios with both the bat and the ball. He currently plays for Halesowen CC 2nd X1 playing in division 1 of the Worcestershire league looking to move up into the first team who play in the Birmingham and district premier league in order to have the opportunity to play with and against top quality players with professional experience. He also plays for the Herefordshire under 18s team.
Luke has scored over 3200 senior runs since his debut in 2021 with an average of over 34. Along with this he had an impressive 2024 season scoring over 750 runs at an average of just below 30 winning junior player of the year at his club. This was then followed by an even better 2025 season scoring 1210 runs at an average of almost 45 in all senior competitions, including an 35 ball 50 in the ECB national knockout competition against a strong premier league winning side, and also won the senior player of the year award for Halesowen cc.
Along with his batting ability he is a valuable asset with the ball with the ability to pick up crucial wickets in order to impact games. He is looking forward to keeping playing, enjoying and improving at his cricket and would be a valuable asset to any team for this coming season.
