Mark Andrianatos (28) is an extremely talented batting all-rounder from Western Cape, South Africa.
A classy right-handed top-order batter, Mark has played 4 Professional List A games throughout his career. After representing Boland U19's multiple times as a junior, the 'Saffa' made his Senior List A debut for Western Province back in February 2019. His last appearance was in December 2022, scoring 56 for South West District at Oudtshoorn.
Currently playing for George Cricket Club in the Garden Route Badgers Premier League, the 28-year-old has experience playing at the top level, whilst also having experience overseas. In 2019, Mark travelled to New Zealand for a stint playing club cricket at Maungakaramea; he went on to make his debut for Northland, taking part in the Brian Dunning Cup.
In 2024, Andrianatos signed for Cork County Cricket Club in the Munster Cricket Union. Racking up 390 runs from just 7 innings in the 50 Over Competition, the Saffa averaged 78, including three centuries. Again impressing in the T20 Competition, Mark belted a staggering 281 runs in 6 innings, striking at over 140 and racking up four half-centuries.
As a result of his consistent performances, the all-rounder attracted the attention of Munster Reds. Going on to play four List A & two T20 fixtures for the Leinster based side, he notched up 220 runs and contributed two half-centuries.
No doubt an experienced all-rounder, Adrianatos bowls right-arm medium pace and has bowled in List A cricket in South Africa. He holds a CSA Level One coaching badge and is now seeking a return to the EU ahead of the upcoming 2025 campaign. No doubt a reliable match winner, he is an individual we certainly don't expect to be available for long.
