Michael Palmer is an exciting opening batter from Philipsburg, St Maarten.

A talented right-hander, Palmer is an attractive stroke maker who often bats at the top of the order. Currently playing for Future Champs and Jaguars Cricket Club, the 18-year-old also represents Leeward Islands at U19 level.

An aspiring professional, Michael is particularly impressive in white ball cricket. Elegant and atheistically pleasing to watch, the right handed youngster has also played in the U19 regional tournament in the West Indies. A highlight was his match winning 114 against Anguilla back in March 2022 for the Leeward Islands.

Now looking to continue his development in the Northern Hemisphere, the St Maarten national see's a stint in the UK for the 2024 season as the perfect challenge. No doubt a handy pickup for any club looking to add a hard working talent to their top order ahead of the upcoming campaign.
