Nabi Gul is one of Pakistans most consistent domestic performers.
A top order batter with a serious appetite for big runs, Nabi has forged a reputation as someone who can perform in various scenarios and in all sorts of conditions.
His record in first class cricket is very impressive. At the time of writing, he has x4 centuries and x2 half centuries in red ball cricket and has a more than healthy average of 34.96. In List A cricket he is also excelling and currently averages 39.16 in this format. He can bat anywhere in the top order and is used in a variety of roles by his team, he really is 'Mr dependable' with the bat. He also has a professional best of 148* and comes recommended by proven UK professional Usman Khalid as someone who would be a high quality professional in the UK, in any standard of cricket. He has the ability to bat according to the situation and can go 'through the gears' when required.
Not just a run churner, Nabi is a highly competent off spin bowler, and whilst his bowling has not been utilised at professional level (due to the strength of spin bowling options in Pakistan), he would be a genuine all round option in the UK. He was part of the Peshawar team which reached the 2025 Quaid-E-Azam trophy final and contributed consistently to the teams journey to the final, which was eventually won by Sialkot by one wicket in an absolute thriller.
Nabi is a class act who is set to showcase his talent abroad in 2025 having signed with Kirkburton for their Drakes Huddersfield League campaign.
