A former Tasmania U17/U19 & State 2nd XI representative, Sam has played over 80 First-Grade games for South Hobart Sandy Bay 1st XI.
A reliable & consistent left handed top-order batter, Voss has enjoyed a rapid progression into Senior Cricket from Junior Representative Cricket and is now highly regarded individual within Tasmanian Premier Cricket.
In 2024/25 the youngster recorded 555 runs at Premier Level with a High-Score of 102. Capable of bowling right-arm medium pace, Sam is a consistent seamer who bowls with good control. Last season he bowled 74 overs across the Summer showing his capability to contribute with the ball in hand.
In 2025/26, Sam has already notched up a top score of 75 and is continuing to push himself towards Tasmania 2nd XI selection again.
Seeking a stint in the EU ahead of the 2026 Northern Hemisphere Summer, Sam has leadership qualities as well as being a highly skilled individual, no doubt he will be a fantastic addition for Quick Haag Cricket Club where he has just put pen to paper for the upcoming season.
