Tom has attended the prestigious Royal Grammar School, Worcester, since the age of 11, where he made his debut for the 1st XI at 14 years old. At 16, he was appointed captain of the 1st XI, leading the team with distinction for two seasons. In 2024, he took 26 wickets at an average of 19, with a strike rate of 34 and an economy rate of 3.4. With the bat, he amassed 382 runs at an average of 27, including two fifties. Under his leadership, the team achieved significant success, showcasing his ability to inspire and lead his peers.
In addition to his school cricket accomplishments, Tom has been in the Worcestershire County Cricket Club junior pathway, joining at the age of 9 and progressing to playing academy and u18s cricket. Throughout his time in the pathway, Tom has honed his skills and demonstrated his ability to perform under pressure in high-level competition, earning recognition for his contributions with both bat and ball.
Tom plays for Bewdley Cricket Club in the Worcestershire County League. He made his 1st XI debut at the age of 13. In 2024, after completing his school cricket commitments, Tom became a key player for the 1st XI in Division One. With the ball, he took 29 wickets at an average of 17, a strike rate of 30, and an economy rate of 3.44, with two five-wicket hauls.
