She has also represented Super Women in PSL exhibition matches, gaining experience playing alongside and against international overseas players.
Umm-e-Hani has progressed through Pakistan's domestic cricket structure, represented Pakistan A, and played at major international events including the 2023 Asian Games and the 2023 ACC Emerging Asia Cup, where Pakistan A reached the semi-finals. She finished as Pakistan's highest wicket-taker in overseas international cricket during the 2023–24 season, and was named Player of the Tournament in the 2025 domestic ODI season.
