Will Tripcony is a talented young top order batsman from Dorset, England.
A product of the Dorset County Cricket Club Pathway system, Will has represented the county at every age level, captaining the Dorset U18s, 1st XI Vice-captain, and captain of the T20 side.
Will has been a standout performer in the NCCA competitions with Dorset, finishing in the Top 10 for runs in 2025 scoring 741 runs, alongside winning the 50 over trophy. In 2026 he had the best strike rate in the whole country in the T20 competition, striking at 195 while averaging 33 opening the batting. This led trialling with Surrey 2nd XI for the majority of the 2026 season, playing in sides with various England players including Rory Burns, Dom Sibley and Chris Jordan.
At club level, he plays for Burbage & Easton Royals Cricket Club in the highly regarded West of England Premier League, where in the 2026 season he has scored 530 runs at 37.55, with 2 fifties and 2 hundreds. This led to being picked to play for Somerset 2nd XI where he scored 51 on debut.
Some standout performances over the years include a 92 (87) vs Hampshire CCC 1st XI, with the bowling attack including Pakistan international Mohammad Abbas and South African veteran Kyle Abbott.
