Sadly, just like at Old Trafford which ended up affecting the result of a highly entertaining Ashes series, the adverse weather absolutely abliterated club cricket this week, leaving most ground more resembling a lake or swimming pool, than a cricket ground.
Less than 15% of the #CricXSquad managed to take to the field this weekend, so fingers crossed the weather changes for next weekend.
Nevertheless, there were still a handful of batting performances to celebrate this week. Sadly, there was no luck for bowlers at all.
